2013 Arizona Beef Ambassador

The 2013 contest was held Wednesday, April 17 at the Arizona Cattle Grower’s Association offices in Phoenix and was open to youth ages 10 to 20. The winner of the senior division is Tori Summey. Summey currently attends Central Arizona College and plans on transferring to California Polytechnic to earn a degree in Agricultural Communications and Child Development.  Tori is an active advocate for the agriculture industry and is currently the 2012-2013 Arizona FFA State Vice President which has provided many opportunities for her to participate in agricultural literacy in high school and elementary classrooms. Tori will receive an all expense paid trip to the National Beef Ambassador contest in September 2013 in Bentonville, Arkansas and will also receive a $1,000 scholarship at the completion of her year of service.
